Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for approving or denying homeowners requests to make changes to their homes or properties. The ACC is comprised of up to 5 board members. The goal of the ACC is to preserve or improve the aesthetics of our community so that the value of our homes and properties continues to rise.

This page is intended to provide more detail on what needs approval and the process that the ACC follows when a homeowner requests a change.

In general, all changes to the exterior of your home or to your property need to be approved by the ACC.

There are two reasons for this. First, the changes may not fit with the aesthetic look of our neighborhood. An example would be if you want to paint your house the same color as your neighbor. Second, you may not be aware of the rules concerning the particular change you want to make and the ACC can help you ensure the change is in line with those rules.

Process to request approval for a project
