Pay your Dues

Dues are $550 per year, but are discounted to $450 if paid by March 31st.

You will receive a mailed invoice sometime in January, as well as notifications via text message and/or email. 

The current options for paying your dues are:

- By PayHOA Homeowner Portal; click on the Homeowner Login button below, in the upper right hand corner of this website, or click the link received via email to be taken to our PayHOA system.  (if you have not already signed up for PayHOA, it will prompt you to create an account). Once complete, you will be able to pay by ACH or Credit Card.

 

- By mail; please send checks made out to SLN HOA, to P.O. BOX 993, Clarkston, MI 48347. Please be sure to include your address on the memo line.
