Pay your Dues

Dues are $400 per year, but are discounted to $300 if paid by March 31st.

The current options for paying your dues are:

-Log into your Homeowner Portal by clicking on the Homeowner Login button in the upper right hand corner. Creating an account is free and easy to do. Once complete, homeowners will be able to pay by ACH or Credit Card.

 

-Alternatively, you can mail a check to P.O. BOX 993, Clarkston, MI 48347. Please be sure to include your address on the memo line.
